The Data Controller reserves the right to appoint a web agency or consultant as Data Processor for the processing of personal data for the purposes of technical assistance, maintenance, technical management, and similar purposes of this Site. Purpose of processing The personal data of the Website Users, as described above, will be processed in the ways and forms prescribed by the GDPR, for the performance of the Website's specific functions, with particular, but not exclusive, reference to the data collection procedures described therein, contact forms, any registration/access process to the reserved area, newsletter subscription and the like. Data collected through the Email platform. For complete information, we specify that when sending communications via email, the Data Controller uses a compliant platform.
