The Data Controller reserves the right to appoint a web agency or consultant as Data Processor for the processing of personal data for the purposes of technical assistance, maintenance, technical management, and similar purposes of this Site. The Data Controller and the Data Processor also process User data through their own internal Data Processors, specifically designated and provided with instructions for the proper processing of personal data, including verbal instructions. Data collected through the Email platform. For complete information, we specify that when sending communications via email, the Data Controller uses a compliant platform.
